Korta vägen is a program aimed at newly arrived graduates who have studied at foreign universities or universities outside the EU for at least three years. It is a free education, given by Stockholms University, that takes into account the skills the academician has. Korta Vägen conducts a survey of academic skills and then provide education and career guidance and look for qualified internships in the area for which the participant is trained. All in order to shorten the way to the Swedish labor market. Both workers and employers have access to support throughout the period.
