Synch shortlisted in Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Awards Europe 2019

We are delighted to announce that Synch, for the third time, has been shortlisted in the Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Awards.
We are honoured and proud to be the only Swedish lawfirm on the shortlist together with Magic Circle (leading UK-headquartered) firms and many other top international law firms.

Synch has been shortlisted with the following motivation:

Innovation in the business of law: Technology – Disrupting the Nordic Market for legal services by introducing innovativ digital technology.

Synch has developed a web-based digital AI-solution with Deep Learning capabilities to help businesses evaluate the compliance of their GDPR related privacy policies. Available at www.privacypolicycheck.ai the intuitive and user-friendly solution can be accessed by all and requires no registration. It offers businesses a first contact with qualified legal competence at their own discretion. The user enters their privacy policy after which the application generates an easy comprehensible score with suggestions for improvements.

“I’m happy and proud to be part of a law firm who is challenging the traditional business model. We are developing innovative solutions to make qualitative legal work more efficient and easily available. This is our third nomination and I hope we’ll go all way this time”, says Magnus Sundqvist, Head of Digital Services.

The results will be announced at the awards ceremony at the Natural History Museum in London on 12 September. To view the full list of shortlisted law firms please click here https://live.ft.com/Events/2019/FT-Innovative-Lawyers-Awards-Europe-2019
