Synch offers WeSynch Enroll – A packaged service for corporate establishment

Synch offers a complete service for setting up a limited liability company including corporate and registration procedures combined with legal advice and access to relevant templates and guidelines.
The product consists of three main components: Incorporation, Template Agreements and Guidelines from the national law perspective and Advisory Services. WeSynch Enroll offers useful templates and guidelines, which will be made available for a period of 12 months on WeSynch.
This include a variety of different templates and agreements, examples template consultancy agreements and employment agreements.
WeSynch Enroll include access to a dedicated team from Synch during the incorporation phase in order to discuss general corporate, employment and commercial legal issues.
