September 18, 11:30-13:00: Under the hood – From startup to established tech company

Synch is happy to announce the founders of Hiper is joining the panel. Hiper is sharing what happens under the hood in a startup moving from an idea to a later exit. Synch and Hiper are going to present and actual case and share insights, challenges, regrets and focus areas that both entrepreneurs and investors should be aware of. They will be sharing knowledge about how to create growth, debate dilemmas about funding and discuss how they went from a startup to an established tech company and ultimately sold to TDC.

September 19, 13:00-14:30: Establishing your business in the Nordics

How to establish your business and become ready to enter Nordic markets from a legal perspective. At this panel discussion an expert panel of entrepreneurs and legal advisors will debate a variety of dilemmas, that startups and investors face. We will talk about how you can establish your business on a Nordic level and debate dilemmas on going Nordic from both a practical and a legal perspective. At the panel debate, Synch and the expert panel will provide legal insights for both startups and investors.

September 18-19: Synch pop-up office
