Synch has delivered a contract management solution over its digital platform WeSynch to Intergiro Intl AB (publ), a Fintech which is redesigning corporate banking from zero. Intergiro offers a digital alternative to the hassle and stress of opening a bank account, built for the 2.5 million businesses born each year in Europe. Its mission is to provide the financial toolkit for companies to adapt and thrive in the digital age. Intergiro operates across Europe with a diverse team of 90 people.
Synch was engaged by Intergiro to deliver a collaboration site for contract management. For Intergiro it was important to be able to store and manage confidential information in a secure and controlled manner.

In the delivery for Intergiro Intl AB (publ), Synch used the module Wesynch Corporate which is a virtual boardroom/corporate housekeeping solution with supporting functionality such as contract management and e-signing. WeSynch Corporate enables companies to organize and manage their corporate and legal documentation and contracts in a smart and safe manner, as well as to plan, prepare and manage their board meetings.
