Synch in international publication concerning patents

Synch’s IP experts David Leffler and Elisabeth Sundberg have contributed to the International Comparative Legal Guide to: Patents 2016, published by Global Legal Group Ltd, London, in which they provide an overview of Swedish patent law.

The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Patents 2016 is published both online and in book format and offers a practical cross-border insight into patents law. The guide provides an overview of the patent legislation in 34 jurisdictions worldwide, including recent developments and updates and two general chapters.

The contribution by David and Elisabeth is focusing on the Swedish jurisdiction, handling various legal topics including e.g. patent enforcement and licensing.
