Synch has assisted Insurehelp

Synch’s Morten Bøgenskjold has adviced InsureHelp with company purchase and the establishment of their business. Insurehelp is a consultancy company that helps private with handling the case procedure against insurance companies when the dialogue between policyholder and insurance company conflicts. The consultancy company helps by presenting the necessary documentation for the insurance event and the insurance claim to secure that the policyholder gets the appropriate insurance. Synch has supported Insurehelp by examining the possibilities of acquiring on-going cases and customer base from a bankruptcy estate and assisted in the establishment of a corporate structure and create a shareholders’ agreement between the owners. Morten has discussed the owners’ relationship, including matching expectations, clarifying the relationship between the ownership and the work commitment. In connection to the purchase of on-going cases and customer base, the negation with the bankruptcy estate and clarification of the applicable legislation.
