“It has been crucial to us that we with a merger with Synch would be able to give our clients an international context and colleagues with strong legal competences, and who share our focus, interests and engagement with technology companies and technology in general. The merger with Synch will enable to assist our clients with developing their business even more than before”, says Kim G. Hansen, lawyer at Integra.
Focus on legal tech solutions for clients
The new Synch will continue to develop legal tech solutions, which Integra and Synch have developed as part of they services. Already today the solutions include the use of artificial intelligence, which gives the clients the possibility to effectively handle GDPRP-documents, digital services, which gives clients access to portals for board of directors, contract management, tools for due diligence, and a number of forms and standard agreements.
