Synch assisted MizMaa Ventures in investment in Resolutions Games

Synch has been legal counsel in connection with MizMaa Ventures and its affiliated investor’s Series B investment in Resolution Games. Additional new investors and existing shareholders also participated in this round. Synch’s team in Stockholm consisted of Andreas Börjesson and Nicklas Bexelius.
Resolution Games is a VR and AR games studio and publisher aimed at creating immersive experiences for gamers and non-gamers. Their games include Angry Birds FPS: First Person Slingshot, Bait!, Bait! Arctic Open, Wonderglade, Narrows and Solitaire Jester. Resolution Games is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
