Synch acted as legal advisor to Pickit in connection with financing

Synch’s team, Andreas Börjesson, Nicklas Bexelius and Helena Dahlin, acted as legal advisor to the Visby based company Pickit in connection with its new series A financing round with Investment Aktiebolaget Spiltan and its affiliated investor. Pickit, founded in 2013 by Henrik Bergqvist (co-CEO) and Mathias Björkholm (co-CEO), is a Microsoft partnered all-in-one image service provider, providing licensed high-quality images to 1.2 billion Microsoft Office users.
Pickit was recently awarded as the “People’s Choice” and “Best User Experience” at the 2018 Office App Awards.
