Synch contributed to the Danish and Swedish Chapters of The ICLG to: Cybersecurity 2019

Synch’s strong team specialising in Cybersecurity, Niels Dahl-Nielsen, Daniel Kiil, Anders Hellström and Erik Myrberg,  have written the International Comparative Legal Guide’s (ICLG) Danish and Swedish Chapters on Cybersecurity 2019. The guide covers common issues in cybersecurity laws and regulations, including criminal activity, applicable laws, specific sectors, corporate governance, litigation, insurance, employees, and investigatory and police powers. The Chapters provides a practical insight for general counsel, government agencies and private practice lawyers keeping them abreast of law and policy globally.
