Synch assists Polarbröd in sales of bakery

Synch has been legal advisor to Polarbröd Aktiebolag in connection with its sale of its bakery business in Omne to Originalbagarn AB (publ). The team from Synch consisted of Andreas Börjesson, Sofia Stecksén, Dan Örnfjäder, David Leffler and Helena Dahlin.

Polarbröd is a Swedish family company with hundreds of years of tradition. The company is run by sisters Karin Bodin and Anna Borgeryd, fifth-generation bakers. In addition to the bread operations, there is also the energy company Polarkraft AB in the Group which, from autumn 2014, produces vindel for the Group’s needs. Polar bread is self-sufficient for renewable energy and wants to be a positive force for the environment in the transition towards a sustainable supply.
