US-FOCUS WEEK 5-7 SEPTEMBER, DAY 3
We are happy to welcome our friends from Silicon Valley based law firm Paradigm Counsel for a short week of breakfast seminars on various critical legal topics in relation to the US market. Paradigm Counsel was founded in 2008 by attorneys with over 20 years’ experience providing legal services to emerging growth and technology companies in Silicon Valley. They focus on technology and offer a team and a platform that enables them to deliver strategic legal representation to clients at a level they expect, but at significantly more reasonable rates.
We will also introduce Malin Verga, who is Synch’s International Expansion Manager in San Francisco. As from 1 Sep 2017 we will have in-time-zone presence in the Bay Area and Synch will be able to provide pre-establishment guidance and support to companies wanting to establish in the US as well as being available for law firms, investors and US companies wanting to do business in the Nordics.
DAY 3 – The U.S. Legal Climate in the Trump Era: Emerging Businesses Opportunities and Risks
Breakfast is served from 8:30, the seminar starts at 9:00 and is scheduled for 1 hour.
After the seminar Synch’s and Paradigm’s lawyers will be available for discussion!
