Sara Sparring and My Byström are both experts in the filed of Copyright, they have written the International Comparative Legal Guide’s (ICLG) Swedish Chapter on Copyright 2019.
The ICLG’s Copyright covers common issues in copyright laws and regulations in 29 jurisdictions – including copyright subsistence, ownership, exploitation, owners’ rights, copyright enforcement, criminal offences, current development. The ICLG’s series provides a practical insight for general counsel, government agencies and private practice lawyers keeping them abreast of law and policy globally.
