The rules on public procurement also apply to the Norwegian royal court

Synch’s Marianne H. Dragsten states alongside other public procurement experts in Dagbladet concerning the Norwegian royal court’s relationship with the regulations on public procurement. The royal court has not followed the regulations, but a unanimous expert panel believes that they are subject to it. The royal court has thus carried out several illegal direct purchases for a number of years.
