Synch’s Niels Dahl-Nielsen is interviewed regarding GDPR

Synch’s Niels Dahl-Nielsen, who provides legal advice relating to personal data, has been interviewed by Smarter Communication Magazine.
Synch is maintaining its continuous focus on GDPR which has been on the agenda since the adoption of the general data protection regulation. A lot of companies have been speculating about what they can and cannot do relating to the treatment of personal data. It means that the lawyers of Synch have been busy visiting seminars, attending fairs and conferences in order to shed light on the forthcoming regulation as well as providing input as to what actions the companies must do prior to May 25, 2018 when the EU member state’s national regulatory authorities begin to apply the new regulation.
Niels hosts a number of seminars regarding selected topics from the GDPR, together with Komfo, where he provides useful insights regarding implementation of the new regulations will mean for companies.
In relation to this, Niels Dahl-Nielsen has helped prepare a variety of companies to fulfil the requirements of the GDPR.
Niels Dahl-Nielsen states: “I believe the winners of the digital economy are the companies who succeed in gaining the customer’s trust through compliance and have data protection as a part of the entire organization’s mindset.”
