07 October

On October 7th Synch’s Charlotta Emtefall will host a seminar on mobile payment services and electronic money. The seminar is intended for, among others, lawyers and directors within the payment service sector who in their profession, need knowledge on the practical implications of the Payment Services Act and the Act on Electronic Money.

The Payment Services Act is applicable to a wide range of services and due to the rapid technical development, the seminar’s special focus will be on mobile payments. Permit related questions regarding money laundering surveillance and electronic money will also be discussed.

Johan Terfel from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority will also take part in the seminar as a lecturer together with Lars Rutberg from the Swedish Bankers Association.
