AIPPI Day 2015

Our IP-expert David Leffler will hold a seminar about trademark oppositions before the OHIM at the AIPPI Day on 16th of March at Norra Latin, Drottninggatan 71b in Stockholm.

With less examination of trademark applications before grant, opposition proceedings are becoming increasingly important. With his vast international experience, David has unique insights into trademark procedures in the EU. The seminar will focus on certain procedural rules at OHIM that often differ from those of the national IP offices. In addition, there are certain EU-specific material aspects that need to be considered when dealing with oppositions at OHIM. This seminar gives you an inside perspective on opposition proceedings at OHIM.
