Synch has assisted Eniro AB (publ) In the company’s recently completed offset issue of preference shares Serie A. In the rights issu, which was directed to creditors in the company’s composition, payment was made by receipt of a total of almost 550 MSEK.
Synch has, in collaboration with the law firm Westermark Anjou, assisted Eniro AB (publ) listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, in the implementation of a new issue of preference shares of Serie A, as a part of a composition, which won legal force August 18, 2020. Following the expiration of the subscription period on September 30, 2020, shares for an approximate value of 550 MSEK had been subscribed for. Of the subscribed shares, more than 99 percent had been subscribed by the company’s bondholders, which meant that the company’s bond loan was completely redeemed. First day of trading for the new preference shares was October 28, 2020.
