Synch has assisted Cortus Energy AB (publ), listed on First North Growth Market, in the implementation of a rights issue of convertibles in approx 69.3 MSEK to existing shareholders in the company. The issue has prompted the establishment and submission of a prospectus with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and the subscription period for the participation in the offering/issue runs until June 22, 2020. Mangold Fondkommission AB is the financial advisor, and Synch Advokat AB is the legal advisor to the company in the rights issue.
