Synch has acted as legal adviser to KebNi AB (publ) in connection with the company’s change of name and trademark from ASTG (Advanced Stabilized Technologies Group) to KebNi. The work has included preparation of a brand strategy, as well as change of company name. In addition thereto, Synch has had a close collaboration with the name agency Eqvarium AB.

KebNi AB is active in satellite communications and inertial sensor systems. In addition, invests and develops reliable techniques for safety, precision and stabilization. KebNi AB includes the wholly owned subsidiaries KebNi Intertial Sensing AB, KebNi Land Mobile AB and Satmission AB. Under the brand KebNi Maritime KebNi develops, manufactures and sells innovative 4-axes stabilizing VSAT antennas for maritime use based on a P9 antenna platform. KebNi Inertial Sensing AB develops, manufactures and sells advanced inertial movement sensors designed to measure movement in three dimensions. KebNi Land Mobile AB develops, manufactures and sells Communication on The Move (COTM)- antennas for land. Satmission AB develops, manufactures and sells Communication on the Pause (COTP) for mobile satellite communication systems.
