Synch assisted Goodbye Kansas

Goodbye Kansas AB (publ.) and Bublar Group AB (publ.). have agreed on a merger. Bublar Group is making an offer to the shareholders and lenders in Goodbye Kansas. The merger forms the basis to create a world-leading player in XR technology and visualization. Synch acted as the legal advisor to Goodbye Kansas.

The offer includes leading and uniquely integrated services for film, TV-series, commercials, gaming and game trailers. The services include VFX, CGI, 3D Face & Body scanning, Performance Capture, Animation, Art Direction, full production of Game Cinematics (incl. RealTime productions) and development and maintenance of IP.

Bublar Group AB (publ) is the Nordic region’s leading listed XR technology company specializing in Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). The company offers XR solutions in E-commerce, Entertainment, Training and Manufacturing. The company includes the subsidiaries Vobling, Sayduck and Virtual Brains. Bublar is headquartered in Stockholm and is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
