Nye matchinglån fra Vækstfonden

Vækstfonden har som led i Corona-krisen præsenteret nye og særdeles favorable lånemuligheder. Synch orienterer om mulighederne, og hvad virksomheder kan gøre for at kunne optage lånene

Vækstfonden har som led i Corona-krisen præsenteret nye og særdeles favorable matchinglån til startup-virksomheder og venturefonde. Der er afsat i alt 3,2 mia. i lånerammer.

Vækstfondens matchinglån til startup-virksomheder består af Start Lån og Investor Lån, som søges af startup-virksomheden selv, og Business Angel Lån og Syndikeret Lån, der søges af investor (og startup-virksomheden selv) og som kræver en samtidig investering fra henholdsvis en godkendt Business Angel og en godkendt investor.

Vilkårene for de enkelte matchinglån kan beskrives som følger:

For alle matchinglån gælder:

  • Virksomhed må ikke være i krise pr. 31/12-2019.
  • Lån der er større end mDKK 5,95 må ikke overstige mDKK 5,95 tillagt det højeste af følgende beløb:
    • 2x 2019 lønsum,
    • 25% af 2019 omsætning eller
    • likviditetsbehov for næste 18 mdr. (fra udbetaling).
  • 0,5% i stiftelsesgebyr, dog min. DKK 10.000
  • Rente CIBOR3 + 5% p.a.
  • Løbetid for lån: 6 år
  • Afdragsprofil 0-3 år uden afdrag og med renteoprulning, herefter tilbagebetaling i annuitet over tre år, dog afhængigt af kreditvurdering for BA-lån og Syndikeringslån.

Samlet set er der tale om ganske favorable lån. Lånene gives foreløbigt kun i 2020 og puljen er begrænset og uddeles antageligt efter først-til-mølle princippet.
