THE ACADEMICS’ STARTUP CHOOSE WESYNCH
News Published 17 October 2017
The Academics’ Startup has chosen Synch’s online platform WeSynch for the 60 entrepreneurs, who are going through an intensive three-month entrepreneurial process at the hub.
Wesynch is a new legal online tool that makes it easy and manageable for businesses to store, structure and intelligently generate the company’s legal documents in a safe way.
“It’s especially with the legal aspects that our entrepreneurs have major challenges. They are strong on products and strategy, but are often desperate when the formal agreements about the company must be formulated and clarified. We now counter this challenge with WeSynch.” Says Anders Balch Berthelsen, Program director at The Academics’ Startup.
The purpose of WeSynch is to make it easier for companies to produce and document the contractual basis for the company, for example by offering certain templates, simple contract management and a community-driven knowledge bank. “We often experience that startups’ lack of legal knowledge for the project causes problems later on. With WeSynch, Startups get the opportunity to obtain access to necessary documents in an easy way,” concludes Michael Brandt.
WeSynch is provided by the law firm Synch, which focuses on startups and digital business. For further information contact Anders Holm-Jensen at email@example.com
