IMC Seminar on Lack of Use as a Defense in Trademark Opposition Proceedings

On October 5th, 2016, IMC (Academy of Intellectual Property, Marketing and Competition Law) will hold a seminar on lack of use as a defense in trademark opposition proceedings at Synch’s offices.

David Leffler of Synch has been engaged as one of the speakers. David has vast international experience and unique insights into trademark matters within the EU.

Other speakers at the event are Magnus Ahlgren from the Swedish Patents and Registration Office, Astrid Johnsson from BRANN, Senior judge Anders Dereborg, head of the Patent and Market Court and Stojan Arnerstål, IMC.
