David Leffler of Synch holds IP seminar at Lund’s University

On April 27, 2016, FIF (Föreningen Immaterialrättsligt Forum) have arranged a seminar on current EUIPO practice taking place at Lund’s university, where Synch’s very own IP expert David Leffler has been engaged as speaker and seminar leader.

David has vast international experience and unique insights into trademark matters within the EU. During the seminar David will present current EUIPO practice relating to geographic references to trademarks and the use of non-registered trademarks or other rights as relative grounds for refusal.
