Synch has successfully advised Swedish start-up NOA Potions in enabling the commercialization of the company’s functional beverage by building an IP strategy and assisting with commercial agreements.
What is NOA Potions?
NOA Potions is a Swedish start-up that specialises in functional beverages. NOA Potions has gone from idea to market in less than one year and is already making the headlines. The challenge that NOA Potions faced was to enable commercialisation of the product and to lay the foundation for building a sustainable competitive advantage. NOA Potions needed a strategy for how to best protect the product from being copied and tools to enable successful collaborations with distributors and other third parties globally.
Synch’s Advisory Services team worked with NOA Potions from a very early stage, assisting with, amongst other things, the overall IP strategy, trademark registrations and commercial agreements for its distribution. Synch’s team consisted of David Leffler, Elisabeth Sundberg and Anders Hellström with team leader Sara Sparring.
“As a young startup, it has been very helpful to have Synch’s team of highly experienced lawyers assisting us while entering the market. With Synch’s help, we have been able to both protect our intellectual property and to set the legal framework for the distribution of our products in the best possible way. We are very happy with the advice and services that Synch provides us”, says Noa Fridmark, CEO and founder of NOA Potions.
